A new start.

Over the year I've come to a conclusion on something. I've changed, greatly. So I'm going to keep this blog. But, I just created a new blog. 'Traveling with the Argonauts'. So, check it out.

Spring Break.

So, this week is "Spring Break". But, what I don't understand is that spring doesn't actually start until next week. Or so I've heard. Anyway, I am actually going on a vacation! About freakin' time! I defiantly needed a break from school. So, today I actually did watch a Zombie movie. I'm pretty sure it's called "Return of Night Of The Living Dead". Or something like that. It is a 80s movie. After I watched it, I thought of one word that would describe it. Terrible. The 60s version was way better! it sucks because their aren't a lot of Zombie movies. But yeah, it's spring break! I'm so happy it is. Maybe I'll see a Zombie while I'm on a vacation. You never know, you never know.

I hate birthday's.

So, today is my cousin's birthday. And, I really don't want to go. Trust me, I'm dreading it! Besides that, I haven't had any time to read any of my Zombie books. School gets in the way, too much! Also, this week just hasn't been the best week for me. But, the good side is that I'm writing a story! It's called: Zombie Apocalypse. Surprise, surprise. Anyways, It's about a 15 year old, who lives in a small town in Oklahoma. He has a boring life, until a disease starts in Africa. The disease, you may ask? Well, the disease isn't a disease. It's, well, Zombies! So, he has written a journal, describing his daily life now that a Zombie Apocalypse is happening. The book is in journal format by the way. I can't wait to finish it! Well, I think I'm going to write some more of my book!

Zombie Attack?!

I haven't heard anything on the news yet. But, it looks like a Zombie attack is finally happening.

Well, I know I said I was going to continue reading my current book. Well, I didn't exactly do that this morning. I was in my room look at my many Zombie books and I found one that I ordered a few weeks back. Its title is- Zombies, A Record Of The Year Of Infection. By, Don Roff. It's one of the best Zombie books I've ever read! It's about a Doctor who survives a, well, Zombie Apocalypse in the year 2012. You know, I've always wondered. People say that the world is going to end in 2012. But, what if it doesn't exactly end? What if a Zombie Apocalypse happens? Anyways, everyone needs to get this book! It is amazing. The book is more in a "note-book" form. And, it includes sketches of Zombies etc. So, all Zombie lovers need to get this book! I got it at Barnes and Noble. My favorite book store. Well, now I'm going to continue reading my other book. Pride And Prejudice And Zombies.

Pride And Prejudice And Zombies

So, I said that I was going to put my book that I currently was reading (World War Z) on hold. Which I later ended up doing. I'm not trying to say that the book World War Z is terrible or anything but, to me it got a little boring. Only because, it didn't have a main story. In other words, instead of one whole story there is a lot of little stories about Zombie attacks etc. Anyways, as you know I started reading the book I bought recently Pride And Prejudice And Zombies. The book is exceptional. It's so amazing how a author can take a book that was already written, edit it, and the next thing you know it has Zombies involved. I'm currently on Chapter 6. And, the book is getting interesting. Anyways, I can't wait until I get finished with my book! Then I could get started on one of my many other Zombie books! Now, I'm going to go listen to my favorite singer- Lady GaGa, and continue reading Pride And Prejudice And Zombies.

Happy Anti-Valentine's day.

So, today is the over-rated Valentine's day. Anyways, I really don't care about Valentine's day. I could care less actually. Besides that love crap, I went to Barnes and Noble today! I only got one book which I've heard/read mixed reviews about. The book I bought is- Pride And Prejudice And Zombies. By Jane Austen and Seth Grahame-Smith. I was about to give into the negative reviews I've heard about this book and not even get it. But, my friend told me yesterday that she read it and she loved it! So, knowing me I went out and bought the book. I'm happy to say as of today I currently own five books all about Zombies. I know obviously five isn't a huge number but, to me I guess it is. I absolutely can't wait until I start reading the book but I first have to finish World War Z . I do have to give kudos to the great book World War Z by Max Brooks. But, it's not as good as I thought it would be. I do have to say his other book The Zombie Survival Guide is simply amazing. Anyways, I think I'll put the book World War Z on hold, and start reading Pride And Prejudice And Zombies. Yeah, I'll do that.

How's the book World War Z?

Well, I'm currently on page 70 of my book! It's actually amazing. I would've blogged about this earlier, but I've been so busy. Anyways, I thought the book World War Z would mostly be about one guy and his story. But it's not. It's like a series of interviews. Okay, I'll update everyone later on how the book is going!

Okay, I said that I would tell everyone how good the books are, so far. Well, I am impressed! The book World War Z by Max Brooks, is amazing! Anyways, I would've written a post about this earlier but, I've been so busy lately! So, back to zombies. I haven't gotten to far in the book yet, but I'll update everyone about on my next post!

Barnes and Noble

So, today I just checked the mail and I got the two books I ordered! If you don't know what books I ordered, well, they are World War Z and Zombies! So, I know how I said I was going to start reading my other books and tell about it and how I liked it. Well, this week has been so rushed etc. I haven't been able to get to it! So, I'm going to start reading the books now. On my next post I'll tell you how good the books are!

The Monster Book Of Zombies

So, like I said yesterday I was going to celebrate my birthday, a month late! Well, I did! It was really fun actually! Ice and snow was still on the road (in parts) but I made it alright! So, I did get to go to Barnes and Noble after all! Since I ordered two Zombie books already I didn't want to get any more Zombie books, but I did. Ha, when I see a book on Zombies I just have to get it. I haven't started it yet but, it looks great. The book's title is: The Monster Book Of Zombies. Sounds cool right? I hope it's good! I bet it will be! Anyways, the book is mostly about a bunch of different stories by different authors. And one of the authors is Edgar Allen Poe! I can't wait to read his story about Zombies. Well, I'll start reading it and in the next few blogs I'll tell you if it is really good or just plain terrible.

Happy Birthday! A month late..

So, I don't think I'm going to be snowed in anymore! I heard today the temperature is supposed to get up to 40 degrees. I was sad at first, but now I'm not. Only because, I finally get to celebrate my birthday with some good friends. Too bad my birthday was on December 14! But, it's okay. I just think about it as better late than never! We still don't know what we're going to do (maybe go out of town) but, I know it'll be fun. I hope I can get to go to Barnes and Noble so I can buy some more Zombie books.
Okay, okay, enough about what I'm going to do today and now I need to talk about Zombies. I know how I said I was going to watch Zombie movies yesterday. But, sadly I didn't get to it. Anyways, I feel so accomplished because I asked a question and got an answer in the same day (Do Zombies walk around etc. in the snow?). Ha, well I'm pretty sure they do. Now, how about a random Zombie fact for the day? Okay, this is another random Zombie fact. Some people think Zombies are possibly dead but somehow living. Well that's not really true. They're actually re-animated. Which means when a Zombie bit a human (or whatever) the human partially dies. But the brain remains dormant. And after a while of transforming, he I guess you could say is "re-animated"! Or, they came back alive? But, as a Zombie.

So, I hope everyone knows the feeling of being snowed in. You get, well, bored! After being bored, I decided to walk around in the snow. I'm so glad I've found the answer to my question (Do Zombies walk around etc. in the snow?). Ha, I guess they do!

Snowed in

So, today I woke up and it had snow probably 8 inches. Anyways, so then a question just popped in my head. Can Zombies still walk around etc. in snow? I wonder..well, since it has snowed a lot I'm snowed in. I know 8 in. sounds like a very small amount of snow but for Oklahoma it isn't! Okay, well I'm getting off topic. Now I'm wondering what's a guy to do when you're snowed in and my answer is buy Zombie books from Barnes and Noble.com! So, I just bought two books online and they are World War Z and Zombies. I can't wait until they arrive! I'm super excited. Now that I've said what I ordered how about a random zombie fact? Eh? Okay the random zombie fact of the day is: There is a virus that can transform people from humans into the living dead or zombies. The virus is called Solanum. It travels through the bloodstream infecting the body. But, there is another way to turn into a zombie and that is being bit by the zombie. Well, that was the random zombie fact of the day. Now I'm off to watching zombie movies all day. The first one on my list? Night Of The Living Dead.

Zombie Apocalypse Fact I

So some may ask: "How long have Zombie's been around?" Well, (From the great book Zombie Survival Guide by Max Brooks) they've been around since 60,000 B.C. That was the oldest recorded attack. It was in Central Africa by the way. So it makes you think...who knew Zombies have been around that long. It also makes you think about, when will they attack again?

Wow, I just finished reading the greatest book ever. The Zombie Survival Guide by Max Brooks. Everyone needs this book before..a Zombie Apocalypse happens.
